Job Purpose: In-depth study customer needs; Be responsible for learning services business's customer organization performance, customer satisfaction, professional competence development, business KPI.
1. Be responsible for developing and regularly reviewing the annual business plan of the company. Ensure the goals of the learning services in terms of order, revenue, cost, and profit can be achieved. Be responsible for customer satisfaction. 2. Be responsible for the learning service delivery management of the company. Develop diversified delivery resources. Ensure high delivery quality and efficiency.3. Be responsible for collection, analysis, transfer, implementation monitoring, and closure of customers' learning service requirement in the company.4. Be responsible for learning service brand-related work for top 3 customers in the country, including VIP customer reception, materials push, and key event organization (annual conference and alumni reunion, etc.).
